Quotation Process
SELF-MANAGED PARTICIPANTS
If you have a self-managed NDIS Plan, you can request quotations through Your Family Care. NDIS participants may engage with us directly or via a nominated representative (caregiver, family member, etc).
Self-managed Participants pre-pay for their orders and then claim expenses back through the NDIS Participant Portal.
PLAN-MANAGED PARTICIPANTS
Participants in the NDIS Plan Management Scheme will have their orders and quotations managed by a Registered Plan Manager on their behalf. Plan Management Organisations and Plan Managers may request quotations from Your Family Care and place orders on their client’s behalf.
NDIA (OR AGENCY-MANAGED) PARTICIPANTS
Your Family Care is registered to provide services to NDIA-Managed Participants. These Participants may request quotations directly through our website. Alternatively, contact us via email to discuss your requirements.
